Accessing the Bills Dashboard
To access the Bills Dashboard, click on "Invoice" in the top menu. This will open a page containing two main panels:
1. Orders Panel
This panel displays information about product orders related to utility construction work. It is divided into two sections:
- Current Orders: Displays all ongoing orders that are still being processed.
- Finished Orders: Shows completed orders that have been fully delivered or finalized.
Each section includes a number indicator, showing the total count of orders in that category.
2. Invoices Panel
The Invoices Panel helps track payments and invoicing for utility works. It has two sections:
- Current Invoices : Lists all invoices that are awaiting payment.
- Paid Invoices : Displays invoices that have been successfully paid.
Each section also includes a number indicator, making it easy to see how many invoices fall into each category.
Using the Invoice Dashboard
- Click on any category (e.g., Current Orders, Finished Orders, Current Invoices, or Paid Invoices) to view a detailed list of records.
- Each list includes order or invoice IDs, amounts, statuses, and timestamps for tracking.
- Users can filter, search, or sort records as needed to find specific information.
The Invoice Dashboard simplifies financial tracking and order management, ensuring smooth operations for utility construction projects.
